Learn the Game, Build Confidence, and Have Fun This Summer
Legacy Hills Golf Club is excited to host the 2026 Junior Golf Program led by PGA Professional Jay Williams. Whether your child is picking up a golf club for the first time or already playing competitive rounds, these camps provide a fun, supportive environment where junior golfers can develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
The Junior Golf Program offers two distinct camp experiences designed to meet golfers at their current skill level: First Swing and Player’s Club.
First Swing: Perfect for New Golfers
The First Swing program is designed for junior golfers of any age who are just getting started. This camp is ideal for children who:
- Are new to golf
- Have only played a few times
- Want to learn the basic fundamentals of the game
- Need instruction on golf etiquette and course behavior
Participants will receive hands-on instruction covering grip, stance, swing fundamentals, short game skills, and golf etiquette in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.
Camp Schedule:
- Arrival: 8:45 AM
- Camp Time: 9:00 AM – 9:50 AM
Player’s Club: For Developing and Experienced Golfers
The Player’s Club program is intended for junior golfers who are ready to take the next step in their development. Participation requires approval from PGA staff.
This program is ideal for golfers who:
- Have experience playing golf regularly
- Can play 9 holes without adult assistance
- Understand basic golf rules and etiquette
- Want to improve scoring and on-course strategy
Player’s Club focuses on real-course experiences, helping golfers learn course management, decision-making, scoring strategies, and competitive play skills.
Camp Schedule:
- Arrival: 7:30 AM
- Tee Times: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
2026 Camp Sessions
Families may register for one or multiple sessions throughout the summer:
- Session 1: June 8, 9, 11, and 12 (No camp on June 10)
- Session 2: June 23–26
- Session 3: July 14–17
- Session 4: July 28–31
Early registration is strongly encouraged, as sessions may sell out without notice.
Registration Information
The registration fee is $75 per session when paid in advance. A late registration fee of $85 applies after the preceding Saturday or for walk-up registrations.
Participants must provide their own golf equipment.
